Sample Colocation Contract

The following constitutes an agreement for service under specific terms and conditions agreed by Aim High, Inc., abbreviated as AH, and Example Corp., abbreviated as EC in this agreement:

1. EC agreed to pay a $140 month-by-month fee to AH for server colocation.
2. AH agreed to allocate 16 IP addresses to EC. (205.243.42.100-115)
3. AH agreed to serve as secondary DNS for EC.
4. AH must inform EC 30 days in advance if it cannot continue to provide the connection service.
5. AH agrees to provide EC with keys so that EC can access to their server 24 hrs. 7 days/wk.
